Colour
Intense straw yellow with golden reflections, turbid due to non-filtration.
Bouquet
Intense, ripe citrus, yellow fruit, aromatic herbs, honey, mineral notes. Slight oxidative hint.
Taste
Fresh, savory, mineral, persistent, good acidity and structure, almond aftertaste.
Alcohol content
12.5% - 13.5% vol.
Type of glass
Large glass for structured white wines or "orange wine".
Pairings
Rich fish dishes, crustaceans, white meats, aged cheeses, ethnic cuisine, grilled vegetables.
Refinement
In steel tanks and bottle. Maceration on skins for several days.
Vinification
Soft pressing, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, maceration, unfiltered. Low sulfites.
