Davide Carlone Boca DOCG is a sublime expression of Piedmont. This red wine, a blend of Nebbiolo and Vespolina, displays an intense garnet red. The nose offers complex aromas of violet and wild berries, while the palate is structured, harmonious, and persistent. Aged in large oak barrels, it pairs ideally with roasts and aged cheeses, served at 18-20°C.
