A fruity, ruddy red, flirtatious in the reflections of the color of ripe cherry. One of the oldest in the region, it brings in its slightly sweet taste, the charm of a place haunted by the mythical songs of the Homeric sirens. Balanced with very soft but vinous tannins.
Pairing: Excellent red for fish, it accompanies all the food, but is enriched with fresh cheeses and ricotta in particular. Serve preferably fresh.
