Conti Sertoli Salis' Sassella Valtellina Superiore is a Lombard DOCG red from Nebbiolo (Chiavennasca) grapes. Intense ruby color, it offers ethereal aromas of rose, violet, and spices. On the palate, it's dry, warm, robust, and harmonious, with elegant tannins and a persistent finish. Aged at least 24 months, 12 in oak, ideal with red meats and aged cheeses. Serve at 18-20°C.
