Intense ruby red with garnet reflections.
Bouquet
Complex bouquet: ripe wild berries, spices, undergrowth, tertiary notes of leather and tobacco.
Taste
Powerful and elegant structure, silky tannins, balanced, long and persistent finish with balsamic hints.
Alcohol content
14% Vol.
Type of glass
Large tasting glass, such as Gran Bordeaux or Brunello.
Pairings
Ideal with important red meats, noble game, braised dishes, roasts, and aged cheeses.
Refinement
Minimum 4 years in Slavonian oak barrels, followed by a long period of bottle aging.
Vinification
Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature with long maceration on the skins.
18-20°C, decant at least 1 hour before serving.
