It features an intense ruby red color with garnet reflections and a complex bouquet of wild berries, leather, and spices. The taste is austere and elegant, with silky tannins and a long finish. Ideal with red meats and aged cheeses, serve at 18-20°C. Long aged in oak and bottle.
