Castelveder Franciacorta Pas Dosè is a Classic Method wine from Lombardy, Italy, made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. It features a bright straw yellow color with golden reflections. The nose offers aromas of white flowers, citrus, bread crust, and dried fruit. On the palate, it's fresh, savory, and elegant, with excellent persistence. It has an alcohol content of 12.5% vol. Ideal served in a flute at 6-8°C, it pairs well with aperitifs, seafood, and fish dishes. Matured for a minimum of 24 months on lees.
