This Chianti Classico 1993 Castello di San Polo is a sublime expression of Tuscan terroir. Vinified with Sangiovese and aged in oak, it offers intense garnet color and ethereal aromas of undergrowth, leather, spices. On the palate, it's structured, with evolved tannins and a long, harmonious finish. Ideal with roasts and aged cheeses.
