Castello Di Ama Casuccia 1997 is a Chianti Classico cru, 90% Sangiovese. Intense ruby red, it boasts aromas of red fruits, violet, and spices. On the palate, it's elegant and structured with fine tannins and lively acidity. Aged in barriques, ideal with red meats. Serve at 16-18°C.
