Kaltern - St. Josef at Lago di Caldaro: 230 m above sea-level on hillside location with sandy-clay soil and sand stone gravel. The proximity to the lake ensures very good climatic
conditions.

Characteristics:
This wine has a thick crimson red colour with violet reflexes and a convincing black core. Within the aroma flavours indicate elders, mature berries like cassis blackcurrants and blackberries supported by floral notes which recur at the palate together with a little fresh raspberry.
