This Extra Brut Metodo Classico sparkling wine from Cascina Fonda, from Alta Langa DOCG, is a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. It shows a bright straw yellow color and fine perlage. The aroma is complex, with hints of bread crust and citrus, while the taste is dry, fresh, and persistent. Aged at least 30 months on the lees, it's perfect as an aperitif or with seafood. Serve between 6 and 8℃.
