Casa Emma Soloio 2000 is an IGT Tuscany, 100% Merlot. This red wine presents an intense ruby color with garnet reflections. The nose is complex, with notes of ripe red fruits, sweet spices, balsamic hints, leather, vanilla, and tobacco. On the palate, it is structured, elegant, and soft, with velvety tannins and a long finish. Aged 18-24 months in French oak barriques. Perfect with red meats and aged cheeses. Serve at 18°C.
