Paltrinieri Vermouth Verso, hailing from Italy and specifically Emilia-Romagna, is a unique aromatic red vermouth. Made from a white wine base infused with selected botanicals, it displays an intense ruby red color with amber reflections. The nose is complex and enveloping, with hints of herbs, spices, and citrus. On the palate, it is balanced, bittersweet, and persistent. With an alcohol content of 18% vol., it is perfect as an aperitif or an ingredient for classic cocktails, served at 12-14°C.
