From the choice of the best Syrah grapes grown in our vineyards, a wine that shows how this grape reaches one of the highest varietal expressions in the territory of Vinci: fragrance, intensity and spiciness of their pulpy, violet, fruity livery. Fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperature, then a short contact with the oak for 4/6 months to accompany the intense native notes of currant and raspberry, spicy notes of vanilla to make its turgid aroma persuasive.
