The Cabernet Sauvignon grape variety has been cultivated for decades on the hilly areas of Sorni and Pressano on differing soil types: along the valley floor on silty-sandy, stony, well-drained, of alluvial origin soils; on the Avisane hills, on fertile silty-clayey soils, originating from sedimentary rocks (siltstones of Werfenian age). “Ritratti” - Cabernet Sauvignon has a deep ruby-red colour with pomegranate hues. With intense aromas of ripe forest fruits, vanilla and spices, coffee and chocolate, creating a particularly well-rounded and refined sensation. Pleasant on the palate, with soft and stimulating tannins.
