Brut Gozzi Classic Method Sparkling Wine
Brut Millesimato sparkling wine with great elegance and at the same time a remarkable structure, obtained with a long series of measures aimed at obtaining a high quality product.
The grapes (Pinot Nero 60% and Chardonnay 40%) are hand-picked in advance, and then pressed whole.
The base will be obtained from the fermentation of the free-run must, which will then carry out the refermentation in the bottle.
The good body given by the Pinot Noir and the elegance given by the Chardonnay, thanks to the minimum 50 months of aging on the lees, allow the acquisition of a fine and persistent perlage and give this sparkling wine a great pleasure and the possibility of being tasted in every moment of the day, even between meals.
