Cantina Bolzano's Cabernet Riserva Mumelter, from South Tyrol, is an elegant red. It displays an intense ruby red color, complex aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, spices, and vanilla. Full-bodied on the palate, with refined tannins and a long finish. Aged in barriques, perfect with red meats and cheeses.
