Mon Carul 2024 is an organic Riesling Renano from Oltrepo' Pavese. It displays a brilliant straw yellow. The nose offers intense aromas of citrus, white fruit, and minerals. On the palate, it's fresh, savory, and harmonious, with good persistence. Ideal with light dishes, fish, and fresh cheeses. Serve at 8-10°C.
