Aroma of wood, with small berries, currants, blueberries, a touch of juniper, then musk, a cascade of rose petals and more liquorice and a whole series of earthy aromas and a cardamom finish. In the mouth it is warm, wide, well structured and sustained by firm and vigorous tannins, but refined. Long and persistent closure, with floral notes intertwined with liquorice.

Pairings: Risotto with truffles, beef with tuna sauce, baked lasagna, grilled meat, meat samosas, tomahawk with pepper sauce, breast.
