Vinification: The grapes are selected in the vineyard and packed in 200 kg boxes. During fermentation, the wine is always in contact with the grape skins. It is pumped over twice a day with a delestage mid-fermentation, favoring color extraction. During fermentation, the temperature is maintained between 22°-24° to preserve its fresh and delicate aromas.

Tasting Notes: Brilliant ruby. Vibrant aromas of red currant, blackberry and candied violet on the impressive nose. Quite juicy on the palate, with floral red berry flavors given laser precision by a lovely, harmonious acidity. Very balanced, clean and clear wine.
