Brancaia Il Blu 2007 is a highly prestigious Tuscan IGT red wine, a blend of Merlot, Sangiovese, and Cabernet Sauvignon. It presents an intense ruby color and a complex aroma of ripe fruits and spices. On the palate, it is full-bodied, elegant, and persistent, with silky tannins. Aged in barriques and bottle, it is ideal with red meats and aged cheeses, served at 16-18°C.
