TASTING NOTES:
Color: ruby red with violet and matte black, almost impenetrable reflections.

Nose: Very complex, fruity, spicy, mineral, reminiscent of dark red fruits with balsamic notes, elder, Mediterranean maquis, black and white pepper, bitter cocoa and coffee.

Taste: Soft, textured, fleshy with thick and liquid tannins, a fresh, almost minty acidity with a balanced structure. Long lasting finish with very intense, fresh spicy notes with a complex structure of white pepper.
