Description: Deep rosé colour with cherry-red tints. Fruity aroma with overtones of cherry. Fresh flavour with light tannin, harmonious, with a pleasant tinge of bitterness in the aftertaste.
Serving suggestions: Recommended for drinking throughout the meal. It goes splendidly with antipasti, firstcourses with vegetable sauces and shellfish, main courses of white
meat and fish-based dishes.
Ideal with soups, fresh and medium-mature
cheeses. Ideal serving temperature: 12-14 °C.
