Amatè di Guarini Sigillo Oro is a Primitivo from Puglia with an intense ruby red color. Its aroma is a triumph of ripe red fruits and sweet spices, while on the palate it’s full, soft and velvety. Aged in barriques, it’s ideal with meats and aged cheeses. Serve at 16-18°C to enhance its nuances.
