Simoncelli Navesel is an exceptional Dry White Wine from the heart of Friuli Venezia Giulia, a pure expression of the Pinot Grigio grape variety. It presents a bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose reveals a delicate bouquet of white-fleshed fruit, apple, pear, and floral hints of acacia. On the palate, it is fresh, savory, and harmonious, with remarkable aromatic persistence and a pleasant mineral finish. With an alcohol content of 12.5% vol., it is ideal served in a medium-sized tulip glass at 8-10℃. Excellent with fish appetizers, seafood, white meats, and light risottos. Its production involves soft pressing of the grapes and controlled fermentation in stainless steel, followed by a brief aging period before bottling, ensuring freshness and quality.
