Scarpa's Barolo Tettimorra is a dry red wine from Piedmont, 100% Nebbiolo. It presents an intense garnet color and ethereal aromas of rose, violet, and licorice. On the palate, it is robust, velvety, with elegant tannins and a long finish. Aged for 38 months, 18 in oak, it is ideal with roasts and aged cheeses. Serve at 18-20°C.

Vinification
Traditional fermentation with long maceration on the skins. Subsequent aging in oak barrels.
