Andrea Martinelli's Biancomonte is an elegant White IGT wine from Tuscany. It presents a bright straw yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose, it opens with a delicate bouquet of jasmine, hawthorn, green apple, and citrus. On the palate, it is fresh, savoury, and well-balanced by a pleasant acidity, with a mineral finish. Briefly aged in steel, it is ideal with appetizers, fish, white meats, and as an aperitif, served between 8-10℃. With 13% Vol., it is best enjoyed in a tulip-shaped glass.
