VALPOLICELLA D.O.C. Red ruby coloured endowed with a high intensity, almost covering.
The grapes are overripe but still crisp and fleshy. There are spiced notes on the background, above all the pepper and the cloves, followed by mineral hints and a profound shade of tobacco.
Full, enchanting and velvety. The body, imposing and solid, succeed in maintaining an elegant profile thanks to the perfectly balanced acidity, sweet and well mixed tannins.
