Vinification: Pressing of the whole grape, static defecation of the must in cold for 24 hours, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 15 and 17 degrees. Stays on the skin for 12 hours.
Cherry pink color. The nose expresses itself with a floral olfactory profile in which there is obviously no lack of hints of rose followed by fresh fruity notes of strawberry and currant. On the palate it is fresh and is enlivened by mineral notes that determine a pleasant flavor.
Pairings: To accompany appetizers, barley soups, soft cheeses, white meats and seafood.
