The Cantina's name, 1701, is due precisely to the first vintage of a wine produced from the 'Brolo': an evocative walled domestic vineyard dating back to the 11th century. History repeats itself, because today from that same vineyard - in the splendid setting of Palazzo Bettoni - we obtain an extraordinary Blanc de Noirs.
