Manufacturer: Distilleria Zeni
Format : 70 cl
Alcohol Content : 42%
Origin: Trentino, Italy
Service temperature: 10°C
Produced by the Zeni distillery with a bain-marie still, in a discontinuous cycle, according to the classic Trentino system, this grappa is the result of Teroldego Rotaliano or "Tyrolean Gold". The Teroldego Rotaliano is harvested in October, pressed and fermented in red, with a stop of about ten days. Once the must has been extracted, the pomace is pumped directly to the distillery's boilers, without any pressing or stopping in other containers. The grappa obtained rests for a year in steel tanks.
Tasting note: Intense aroma with typical undergrowth notes; on the palate it is dry and fragrant.
