- 600 g lamb chops
- 2 cloves of garlic
- rosemary
- 1 tablespoon Truffle butter “Tartufo Jimmy”
- Truffle carpaccio “Tartufo Jimmy”
- Balsamic vinegar “Giusti” 2 gold medals
- coarse salt
- pepper
Spice the rack of lamb with garlic and rosemary. Spread 1 tablespoon of Truffle butter on the meat. Place in a preheated oven (200°C). After 12 minutes, sprinkle with balsamic vinegar, roast for another 10 minutes.
Slice and serve with Truffle carpaccio.
