The Limoncello is a natural liqueur. Even today it is still made from an easy and original recipe.
For the preparation of limoncello only the outer yellow peel (without the white part) of sun-ripened and untreated lemons is used. The peel is left for a week in alcohol. Limoncello is a wonderful digestive and stimulates digestion. You can store it in the freezer and then enjoy it ice cold after eating.
