Ingredients for 4 people:
- 500 g spaghetti "Pastificio Gragnano in Corsa"
- 1 lobster
- 500 g tomato sauce "Masseria Dauna"
- 20 tomatoes in water and salt "Masseria Dauna"
- 2 cloves of garlic from Nubia
- Chopped parsley
- Extra Virgin olive Oil "Gran Cru Cutrera Necellara del Belice"
- salt from Trapani
Fry two cloves of garlic in a pan with some olive oil. Add the tomato sauce and tomatoes. Add salt and the chopped lobster. Simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes.
Cook the spaghetti for 8 minutes until al dente. Drain and add to the lobster sauce and mix well. Season with freshly chopped parsley.
