Ingredients:
- 500 g Lumache "Pastificio Eocene"
- 600 g buffalo mozzarella "Casearia Sant 'Antimo'
- 30 g 'Nduja black pork "Consorzio Nero di Calabria"
- 550 g cherry tomato sauce "Casa Morana"
- 1/2 onion
- Extra Virgin olive Oil Zurlo "Agriè"
Chop the onion finely and fry with a little extra virgin olive oil in a pan. Add the cherry tomatoes and the 'Nduja from the black pork. Lightly salt and simmer for about 15 minutes on medium flame.
Cook the Lumache for about 6 minutes until al dente, drain and mix with the sauce. Cut the mozzarella into cubes and mix with the pasta. Put the pasta into a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes at 200 ° C in an oven.
