Ingredients for 4 people:
- 250 g linguine "Campofilone"
- 500 g mushrooms
- 1/2 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- parsley
- 100 g Gorgonzola
- 100 g mascarpone
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper
Preparation:
Chop the parsley, onion and garlic. Sauté in olive oil. Clean the mushrooms and add to the pan. Season with salt and pepper. Add the two types of cheese and stir well.
Cook the pasta until al dente and add to the sauce. Mix well.
Serve with Parmesan.
