Ingredients:
- 200 g of red brown rice
- 1 green onion
- 2 artichokes
- broth
- 1/2 untreated lemon
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- chopped parsley
Preparation:
Wash the rice well with cold water. Finely chop the spring onions and fry them in a pan with good olive oil. Add the rice and fry it for a minute. Gradually add the broth and cook, stirring constantly. Cut the artichokes into fine pieces. Add to rice. Grate the lemon peel over the rice. After 40 minutes of cooking, put off the stove and stir in the parsley. Let the rice rest for 5 minutes before serving.
