A recipe from our French colleague Ingrid!
ingredients:
- 250 g linguine Campofilone
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil "Erbesso"
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
- 1/2 green pepper
- saffron
- 3 tablespoons cream
- salt
- pepper
- parsley
Cut the pepper into strips and chop the onion finely. Sauté the onion in a pan with a little olive oil. Add the pepper, saffron and garlic. Season with chopped parsley, cream and salt.
The linguine until al dente, drain and mix with the sauce.
