A recipe by our colleague Danielle!
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 400 g Fettuccine with Chili "Campofilone"
- 250 g cherry tomatoes "Casa Morana"
- 50 g of cherry tomatoes Capuliato "Casa Morana"
- 1/2 onion
- Extra Virgin olive Oil Gran Cru "Frantoio Franci"
- salt and pepper
- Chili "Arconatura"
For lovers of spicy food!
Fry the finely chopped onion and crushed chili peppers in some olive oil. Add the cherry tomatoes and Capuliato and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Cook the fettuccine for about 7-8 minutes until al dente, drain and mix with the sauce.
Serve with plenty of grated Parmesan.
