Ingredients for 4 people:
- 4 Salamini "Al Berlinghetto"
- 700 g cannellini beans in olive oil 'Arconatura "
- 2 cloves of garlic
- sage
- 200 g tomato sauce "Casa Morana"
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste from Pachino Cherry Tomatoes "Campisi"
- salt from Trapani "Oro di Sicilia"
- Extra Virgin olive Oil "Podere Spazzavento"
- pepper
Peel the garlic cloves and add in a pan with some olive oil. Add the tomato sauce, tomato paste and the salt and simmer for 15 minutes.
Drain the cannellini beans and add them into the pan with the sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add the sage, pepper and Salamini and simmer for another 10 minutes over low heat.
