Ingredients for 4 people:
- 400 Spaghettini "Pastificio Martelli"
- 55 g Sea urchin paté from the Mediterranean "Stefano Rocca"
- Extra virgin olive oil Iblei "Frantoio Cutrera"
- 1 chili
Give plenty of olive oil into a pan and heat the Sea urchin pâté and the chili in it.
Cook the spaghetti Martelli for about 7 minutes until al dente. Drain and mix with the sauce.
