Ingredients for 4 people:
- 400 g fusilli "Pastificio Mancini"
- 2 fresh pork Salamini "Al Berlinghetto"
- 2 boiled potatoes
- Extra Virgin olive Oil "Frantoio Franci"
- salt and pepper
Dice the pork Salamini and the potatoes and fry them in a pan for 10 minutes.
Cook the Fusilli for 8 minutes until al dente. Drain and add to the pan. Season with olive oil, salt and pepper.
