Ingredients for 4 people:
- 400 g Mezze Maniche "Pastificio Mancini"
- 50 g culatello di Berlinghetto
- 4/5 pickled zucchini in olive oil "Arconatura"
- Extra Virgin olive Oil: Villa Magra dei Franci "Frantoio Franci"
- 10 peeled and roasted almonds
- Parmigiano Reggiano DOP
- salt and pepper
Fry the culatello briefly in a pan and add the chopped zucchini, roasted almonds and a little olive oil.
Cook the Mezze Maniche for 8/9 minutes until al dente. Drain and mix with the sauce. Serve with plenty of Parmesan.
