Ingredients for 4 people:
- 250 g macaroni "La Campofilone"
- 100 g red tuna in olive oil "Campisi"
- 1 untreated lemon
- 1 yogurt
- 1 egg
- salty ricotta
Wash the lemon and grate the peel. Squeeze out the juice and set aside. Bring water in a saucepan and boil for the squeezed lemon in it.
Put the yogurt, egg and grated ricotta in a bowl. Add a few drops of lemon juice and the grated lemon peel and mix.
Cook the macaroni in the pot with the water and the lemon until al dente. Drain and add to the bowl. Sprinkle the chopped Tuna over the pasta and serve.
