Dinner for 4: Carasau with red radicchio and provola
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 3 sheets of carasau bread "Panificio Puddu Raffaele"
- 250 g smoked provola Fiordilatte Campana "Sapori del Sud"
- 100 g red radicchio
- salt and pepper
- Extra Virgin olive Oil 100 e lode "Oleificio Gulino"
Place a layer of bread in a baking dish and sprinkle it with water. Then add the radicchio and salt and pepper, olive oil and provola cheese. Repeat with the second layer. On the last layer only lay the provola. Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven at 180°C oven.
