This recipe comes to us from our friend Daniela. She prepared with OIP products this tasty dish.
Dinner for 4 people: busiate with crabs, clams and zucchini
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 400 g busiate “Eocene”
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 chili
- 500 g clams
- 6/7 roasted zucchini “Arconatura”
- 200 g shelled prawns “Arconatura”
- Extra Virgin olive Oil 110 e lode “Oleificio Gulino”
- parsley
- oregano
- salt and pepper
Preparation:
Soak the clams for 2 hours in water.
Sauté the garlic in the olive oil and add the prawns and zucchini.
Sort out the remaining open clams and cook the mussels for 2 minutes
in water with salt, pepper, chilli, oregano and parsley, cook until they open.
Drain the clams and add to the pan and mix well with the sauce.
Add some of the cooking water.
Cook the busiate al dente and mix with the sauce.
