Liguori was the first pasta manufacturer to obtain the I.G.P. Its production in the Gragnano area is unique in its kind for its climatic conditions, and for the processing method inspired by the ancient tradition, guaranteeing a superior quality product with an inimitable taste.

The most famous and loved pasta format in the world, not surprisingly their diameter makes them versatile and suitable for any type of seasoning. In the nineteenth century the lazzari ate them in the alleys of Naples and became a real attraction for the city. They were baptized for the first time "spaghetti" in 1842 by Antonio Viviani because they remembered pieces of string.
