Tasting Notes: Deeper purple ruby color. The flower is moderately pointed, mature, "black", dramatic. Prunes, sweetener, a little charred wood. When it opens up a bit, we get a nice layer of fruity notes, cherry, black fruit. Dry mouth, increased acidity. The tannins soften completely, the texture is smooth, almost smooth. If Istria is known for its chewy tannins, great morer suggests that this is not always necessary. The character in the mouth acquires an additional spice.
