The Wohlmuth Brut Nature Blanc de Blancs is a sublime expression of Chardonnay from Styria, Austria. It displays a bright straw yellow and a very fine perlage. The aroma is intense and complex, with notes of citrus and brioche. On the palate, it's extremely dry, vibrant and mineral, with an elegant mousse. Aged for at least 30 months on lees, it's perfect as an aperitif or with seafood.
