Very fine fruit character, very stimulating, pure freshness, juicy, yellow pear, kumquat, blood orange, some wild strawberry, white currant, notes of cassis, elderflower, delicate vegetability; firm in the mouth, present acidity, yellow citrus in the foreground, some paprika, black currant in the lively finish.

Handpicked and carefully selected grapes were gently crushed and pressed and the must was cold fermented in steel tanks.
